How we use data

We use this information to run the concierge service, handle subscriptions, coordinate fulfillment, investigate abuse or failures, and improve response quality.

Analytics

We use self-hosted PostHog analytics through logs.petrichorlabs.ca to understand which intake, login, and checkout flows are working, where users drop off, and which changes improve service quality. We use this only for internal product improvement, not for advertising.

Sharing

We may share data with infrastructure, payment, or fulfillment providers needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.
